Order Processing Time

We process all orders with the same care we put into our Chunks in Gravy recipes. Your order will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days (even faster for urgent Kitten supplies!).

Shipping Options

We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Best for customers who want their Scratching Posts or Variety Packs quickly
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Perfect for stocking up on Catnip Toys or Wet Food collections

Note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote locations. International orders may be subject to customs fees.

Our Fuss-Free Return Promise

We understand that even the most particular cat (or cat parent) might need to make a return. Whether your kitty rejected our Pâté or your new 70″ & Above cat tree doesn’t fit your space, we’re here to help.

Return Policy Highlights

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Most unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned
  • Simple 5-step return process (easier than assembling our Trees & Condos)

Items We Can’t Accept Returns On

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Wet Food (including all Flaked, Shredded, and Pâté varieties)
  • Used Catnip Toys or Lickable Treats
  • Assembled Trees & Condos or Scratching Posts

How to Return an Item

Our return process is as simple as serving your cat their favorite Variety Pack:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days (about as fast as we process orders for Kitten supplies!)
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the unused, unopened product with original packaging (just like we carefully package your Extra Large cat trees)
  4. Ship It Back – Use the return label we provide via email (return shipping costs may apply)
  5. Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Exchange Process

Need to swap that Small (30″ & Below) tree for a Medium (31-59″) model? Follow the same steps as our return process, but specify you’d like an exchange in your initial email.

Refund Timeline & Methods

We process refunds as carefully as we select ingredients for our Senior formulas:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

Just like we ship our Catnip Toys and Chunks in Gravy worldwide (with some exceptions), we accept international returns. However:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take 2-3 additional business days
