At Almo Nature Sales, we understand that even the most discerning cat (or cat parent) might occasionally need to make a return. Whether your kitty turned up their nose at our Pâté or your new 70″ & Above cat tree doesn’t fit your space, we’re here to help with our fuss-free return process.
Our Return Promise
Just as we carefully craft our Chunks in Gravy recipes and reinforce our Scratching Posts, we’ve designed a return policy that’s both flexible and fair. You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for most items.
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Wet Food (including all Flaked, Shredded, and Pâté varieties)
- Used Catnip Toys or Lickable Treats
- Assembled Trees & Condos or Scratching Posts
How to Return an Item
Our return process is as simple as serving your cat their favorite Variety Pack:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days (about as fast as we process orders for Kitten supplies!)
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the unused, unopened product with original packaging (just like we carefully package your Extra Large cat trees)
- Ship It Back – Use the return label we provide via email (return shipping costs may apply)
- Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund
Exchange Process
Need to swap that Small (30″ & Below) tree for a Medium (31-59″) model? Follow the same steps as our return process, but specify you’d like an exchange in your initial email.
Refund Timeline & Methods
We process refunds as carefully as we select ingredients for our Senior formulas:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns
Just like we ship our Catnip Toys and Chunks in Gravy worldwide (with some exceptions), we accept international returns. However:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Processing may take 2-3 additional business days
